LONDON (Alliance News) - Gym Group PLC said that Chief Executive Officer John Treharne sold GBP1.37 million worth of shares in the company on Wednesday.
Treharne sold 500,000 shares in the company at GBP2.73 per share. The gym chain also said that Property Director Jonathan Spaven also sold 500,000 at the same price.
Shares in the company closed at 278.00 pence each, down 1.3%.
