LONDON (Alliance News) - Gaming company GVC Holdings PLC said Chairman Lee Feldman bought 20,000 shares at a price of 405 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Feldman holds 185,957 ordinary shares, representing approximately a 0.30% stake.
AIM-listed investing company Sarossa PLC on Tuesday said it has subscribed for a tranche of the shares being issued by GVC Holdings to back is acquisition of online gaming company Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment.
GVC struck a deal earlier this month to acquire Bwin.Party in a deal worth around GBP1.12 billion in cash and shares.
The stock was up 0.9% at 406.00p Tuesday.
