LONDON (Alliance News) - Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited Monday said its non-executive chairman bought 160,000 shares in the company at an average price of 196.01 pence each.
This is Simon Murray's first purchase of shares in the company, which gives him a shareholding of 0.018 percent of the company issuance.
Gulf Keystone Petroleum shares were Monday quoted at 191.25 pence, down 3.3 pence, or 1.7%.
