LONDON (Alliance News) - Gresham House Strategic PLC said Chairman David Potter increased his stake in the company on Tuesday by purchasing 3,311 shares at 755.0 pence each.
Following the transaction, which had a total value of GBP24,998, Potter is interested in 8,869 shares to give him a 0.23% stake in Gresham House Strategic.
On Monday, the wife of Non-Executive Director Ken Lever bought 3,300 shares at 749.0 pence each, which made up his entire holding.
Gresham House Strategic shares closed up 4.1% to 779.0 pence on Tuesday.
