LONDON (Alliance News) - Baker Greggs PLC said Wednesday Finance Director Richard Hutton has sold 9,209 shares in the company.

Wednesday's transaction saw Hutton sell the shares at a price of GBP12.20 each, for a total of GBP112,350.

Greggs shares closed Wednesday at 1,229.00p each, up 0.9%.
