LONDON (Alliance News) - Brewer Greene King PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Rooney Anand was awarded 147,000 shares under the company share plan. Following the award, 69,436 shares were sold for tax purposes, with Anand retaining 77,564 shares Monday.
Anand now holds 467,265 shares or 0.21% of the share capital.
Shares were up 0.7% at 799.50 pence Thursday.
