LONDON (Alliance News) - Greencore Group PLC Wednesday said Chief Financial Officer Eoin Tonge acquired 83,564 shares at a price of 153.00 pence per share under the company's rights issue on Tuesday.
In November, the convenience foods maker announced an aggressive move to expand its presence in the US with the USD747.5 million acquisition of Peacock Foods, a deal backed by a rights issue and a new financing facility.
The stock was up 3.4% at 245.90p Wednesday, one of the best performers in the FTSE 250.
