LONDON (Alliance News) - Greatland Gold PLC Tuesday said Michelle Johnson, wife of Non-Executive Director Paul Johnson, bought 2.0 million shares at 0.318 pence each on Friday.
Following this transaction, Paul and Michelle Johnson are now the beneficial holders of 58.6 million shares representing 4.92% of the issued share capital.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Alex Borrelli bought 3.0 million shares at 0.32p each on Friday. The purchase is his only holding in the gold miner.
The stock was up 3.2% at 0.320p Tuesday.
