LONDON (Alliance News) - Goals Soccer Centres PLC on Monday said President Keith Rogers sold shares in the company in the two days leading up to the UK's referendum on its European Union membership.
The five-a-side football centres operator said Rogers sold 25,000 shares at 115.00 pence per share on June 22 and 45,000 shares at 112.00p apiece on June 23.
Following the sales, Rogers's total beneficial holding in the company is just under 4.0 million shares, or around a 5.3% stake in the business.
Goals Soccer Centres shares were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 99.35p.
