LONDON (Alliance News) - Globo PLC Thursday said a group of executives and non-executives bought shares in the mobile-phone software company.
Non-Executive Chairman Barry Ariko purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at 50.00 pence each on Tuesday, which represents his only holding in the company.
Chief Executive Officer Costis Papadimitrakopoulos bought 89,000 Wednesday at 49.75p each and now holds 69.7 million shares equating to 18.66% of the share capital.
Chief Financial Officer Dimitris Gryparis, Wednesday purchased 50,000 shares in the company at 50.00 pence each. Following the purchase, Gryparis holds a total of 303,685 shares.
Chief Operations Officer Makis Bonanos Wednesday purchased 50,000 shares in the company at 50.00 pence each. Following the purchase, Bonanos holds a total of 298,685 shares.
Non-Executive Director Gavin Burnell Wednesday purchased 50,000 shares in the company at 50.00 pence each. Following the purchase, Burnell holds a total of 320,000 shares.
Shares were up 2.1% at 49.00 pence Thursday.
