LONDON (Alliance News) - Glencore PLC Tuesday said FR Galaxy Holdings, an investment vehicle connected to Non-Executive Director William Macaulay, sold around 28 million shares at an average price per share of GBP3.016 each.
Details are as follows.
1. last Tuesday 22.1 million shares sold at an average price per share of GBP3.016 each
2. last Wednesday 4.1 million shares sold at an average price per share of GBP3.015 each
3. last Thursday 1.5 million shares sold at an average price per share of GBP3.010 each
4. last Friday 163,004 shares sold at an average price per share of GBP3.011 each.
The deal is worth about GBP84 million gross.
Following this transaction, Macaulay remains interested in 42 million shares.
Shares in the coal miner were down 2.4% at 289.99p Tuesday.
