LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Monday said that its governance, ethics and assurance senior vice president, Simon Bicknell, has acquired 15 shares at 1582.00 pence each, following the reinvestment of dividends on shares held within an individual savings account.
According to Glaxo, Bicknell's transaction took place Monday.
Glaxo shares Monday closed up 0.5% at 1,586.29 pence.
