LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Friday announced that a group of executives, including Chief Executive Officer Andrew Witty, had received shares after share options they had been awarded had vested.
The following executives share options from the company's 2011 performance share plan awards vested as follows:
