LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Monday said Senior Executive Dr Moncef Slaoui's relation Dr K Slaoui was Friday allocated an additional four American Depositary Shares at a price of USD49.80 each following a revaluation of the cash element of notional investments in the company's 401K plan.
GlaxoSmithKline shares were up 0.7% to 1,565.00 pence Monday.
