LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Tuesday said that the following non-executive directors were allocated notional ordinary shares at a price of GBP15.74 per share, and notional American depositary shares at a price of $USD50.53 per ADS on Monday, under the company's share allocation arrangements.
Christopher Gent was allocated 2,700.127 ordinary shares.
Roy Anderson was allocated 456.639 ordinary shares.
Stacey Cartwright was allocated 337.516 ordinary shares.
Tom de Swaan was allocated 416.931 ordinary shares.
Hans Wijers was allocated 337.516 ordinary shares.
Robert Wilson was allocated 337.516 ordinary shares.
Lynn Elsenhans was allocated 822.388 American depositary shares
Stephanie Burns was allocated 456.882 American depositary shares.
Judy Lewent was allocated 387.357 American depositary shares.
Deryck Maughan was allocated 1,152.137 American depositary shares.
Daniel Podolsky was allocated 863.509 American depositary shares.
Jing Ulrich was allocated 228.441 American depositary shares.
GlaxoSmithKline shares were trading at 1,556.50 per share, down 0.06% Tuesday afternoon.
