LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Monday said a person connected to Chairman of Research and Development Moncef Slaoui gained an increase in the notional allocation of American Depositary Shares at a price of USD52.05 per ADS Friday. This followed a revaluation of the cash element of the notional investment in GSK ADSs held within the GSK 401K pension plan.
