(Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC said Thursday that Global Communications Senior Vice President Sally Jackson sold shares worth GBP52,542 in the drug maker in a transaction on Wednesday.
Jackson - in post since March, having joined the firm in 2001 - sold 3,000 shares at 1,751.40 pence each. Shares in FTSE 100-listed GSK were 0.4% lower at 1,775.00 pence in London on Thursday.
The total holding of Jackson in the Brentford-based firm after the transaction was not disclosed.
