LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Friday said a group of non-executive directors were allocated shares and American Depositary Shares through the annual reinvestment of dividends paid throughout 2013 at a price of GBP16.07 per share and USD53.17 per ADS.
