LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Wednesday said Executive Director Moncef Slaoui, General Counsel Dan Troy and Diedre Connelly, a divisional president, had American Depositary Shares withheld for tax purposes at a price of USD55.69 per ADS as part of the company share plan Monday.

Shares in the healthcare company were up 0.7% at 1,686.50 pence Wednesday.
