LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Friday said Deidre Connelly, divisional president and Bill Louv, divisional senior vice president bought American Depositary shares following the re-investment of dividends January 9.
Details are as follows.
Mrs D P Connelly | Acquisition of 36.779 ADSs under the personal contribution element of the Plan. |

| Acquisition of 37.654 ADSs under the matching element of the Plan (Company contribution). |

Mr W C Louv | Acquisition of 26.978 ADSs under the personal contribution element of the Plan.

| Acquisition of 27.591 ADSs under the matching element of the Plan (Company contribution). |
Shares in the healthcare group closed at 1,645.00 pence up 0.6% Friday.
