LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Andrew Witty and eight other directors bought eight shares each under the personal contribution or matching element of its share reward plan.
Simon Dingemands, Simon Bicknell, Roger Connor, David Redfern, Claire Thomas, Patrick Vallance, Emma Walmsely, Victoria Whyte all bought shares under the scheme.
Phil Thomson bought a total of 18 shares under the scheme.
The stock was trading at 1,547.50 pence Thursday afternoon, down 2.50 pence or 0.2%.
