LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Monday said Chairman Moncef Slaoui exercised options over 26,800 shares at an option price of GBP11.23 per share under the company share plan. He then sold the shares at a price of GBP14.16 pence per share.
The stock was trading at 1,400.50 pence down 1.1% Monday.
