LONDON (Alliance News) - Georgia Healthcare Group PLC said Monday the chief executive officer of its pharma business Gepha purchased shares over three transactions.
The first transaction last Tuesday saw Enriko Beridze purchase 73,416 shares at a price of 252.95 pence each, worth GBP185,705.
On Wednesday, he bought 28,806 shares at 254.10p each, totalling GBP73,196 and finally 17,699 shares were bought on Thursday at a price of 252.89p, worth GBP44,759.
Beridze purchased a total of 119,921 shares for GBP303,660.
Shares in Georgia Healthcare were up 1.8% Monday at 256.00p each.
