LONDON (Alliance News) - Georgia Healthcare Group PLC said Wednesday the chief executive officer of its pharma business, Gepha, has purchased 44,972 shares for GBP119,876.
Enriko Beridze completed the purchase over two transactions. On Friday, he purchased 29,972 shares at GBP2.7 each for GBP80,126. On Monday, Beridze completed the purchase of 15,000 at GBP2.7 for GBP39,750.
Bridze's stake in the company was not reported.
Shares in Georgia Healthcare closed down 2.4% at 261.13 pence each Wednesday.
