(Alliance News) - Georgia Capital PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Kim Bradley purchased 8,700 shares for USD12.8061 each.
Bradley bought the shares on Monday this week in a deal worth around USD111,400. His resultant holding in the investor was not disclosed.
On Tuesday this week, Georgia Capital announced the purchase of a 244-hectare vineyard in the Kakheti region of Georgia for an undisclosed sum. The company's wine business bought Alaverdi Ltd, tripling production capacity to 28.4 million bottles a year.
Shares in Georgia Capital were down 1.2% at 1,020.00 pence on Wednesday afternoon.
