DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Genus Chief Executive Karim Bitar Sells Stock

LONDON (Alliance News) - Animal genetics company Genus PLC said Chief Executive Karim Bitar sold shares in the company on Friday.

Bitar sold 35,803 shares at a price of 2,330 pence each, in a deal worth about GBP834,00.

Following the transaction, Bitar holds 68,213 shares representing 0.1% of the company, the company said.

Genus shares ended 0.4% down at 2,323.00 pence on Friday.
