LONDON (Alliance News) - Gear4music Holdings PLC said several directors purchased GBP50,000 in shares in the online retailer of music equipment in four separate transactions on Monday.
Non-Executive Chairman Ken Ford acquired 10,000 shares at a price of 240p each, worth GBP24,000. Following the transaction, Ford holds 30,000 shares representing 0.1% interest in the company.
Meanwhile, Chief Commercial Officer Gareth Bevan and Chief Financial Officer Chris Scott bought 4,400 shares each at 228p a share. The total value of both transactions was GBP20,064. Bevan now holds 114,760 shares in the company, representing 0.6% holding, while Scott now holds 104,840 shares, representing 0.5% stake.
Finally, Non-Executive Director Dean Murray purchased 3,000 shares at a price of 214p each, totalling GBP6,420. He now holds 197,520 shares, representing 0.9% stake.
Gear4music shares were trading 5.1% lower on Monday at 223.00p each.
