(Alliance News) - Gear4Music said on Monday that Chief Executive Officer Andrew Wass bought 50,000 shares in the online musical instruments and equipment retailer, spending GBP92,500.
Wass purchased the shares at 185 pence each in a single transaction on Monday, raising his total holding to 4.8 million shares. This is approximately 23% of the issued share capital.
Gear4Music was trading 1.2% higher in London on Monday afternoon at 187.20 pence.
