DIRECTOR DEALINGS: GB Group Managing Director Nick Brown Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Identity management firm GB Group PLC said Tuesday Managing Director Nick Brown sold shares worth GBP523,200 in a series of transactions last Friday.

Brown disposed of 125,000 shares at an average of 418.56 pence across three transactions. Shares in GB were 1.8% higher at 422.50 pence on Tuesday.

In a separate transaction on Monday, Susan Brown - the wife of Nick Brown - also sold 13,560 shares at 407.50 pence in a deal worth GBP55,257.

After these transactions, Nick Brown has a beneficial holding of 877,585 shares or a 0.6% stake in the company. He also holds options over 591,823 shares.
