LONDON (Alliance News) - Gamma Communications PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Andrew Stone divested his entire holding, in a deal worth GBP2.2 million.
On Tuesday, Stone sold 200,000 shares in the company at 1,095 pence each. He no longer holds any shares in the communication services provider.
Gamma shares were trading up 0.9% at 1,104.50p each on Tuesday around midday.
