(Alliance News) -Â Gamma Communications PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Andrew Stone has sold shares in the company.
Stone sold 10,000 shares on Thursday at 1,600 pence each, the sale worth GBP160,000. Following the transaction, Stone holds 415,000 shares, or a 0.4% stake.
Shares in Gamma Communications closed down 0.3% at 1,585.00p in London on Friday.
At the start of the week, Gamma said its financial performance in 2020 was "significantly ahead" compared to the year before with earnings set to be slightly ahead of market forecasts.
