DIRECTOR DEALINGS: GameAccount Chairman Buys As Shares Hit New Low

16th Apr 2015 11:41

LONDON (Alliance News) - GameAccount Network PLC said Chairman David O'Reilly bought 100,000 shares at a price of 38 pence per share Thursday.

Following this transaction, O'Reilly's shareholding in the company is 2.4 million shares, representing approximately 4.23% of the total issued share capital.

Earlier, GameAcount shares fell to a record low Thursday morning after the online gaming systems company swung to a pretax loss in 2014. Revenue was hit by a delay in securing a system sale and as it invested in rolling out its simulated gaming product in the US and other international markets.

Shares trade down 12% at 38.00p Thursday.
