LONDON (Alliance News) - Gama Aviation PLC Tuesday said a group of directors bought shares at a price of 268 pence each on Monday.
Stephen Wright, a director, bought 25,000 shares, taking his share holding to 263,188 shares, and Chief Financial Officer Kevin Godley bought 20,000 shares, which is his entire holding.
Chairman Ralph Robins and Non-Executive Director Peter Brown each bought 10,000 shares. The purchases make up their entire holdings in the company.
The company also said, Non-Executive Director George Rolls sold 9,899 shares at 265p each on Monday. He now holds 92,372 shares.
Shares in the business aviation services provider were down 0.9% at 265.00p on Tuesday.
