LONDON (Alliance News) - Galliford Try PLC Monday said the chief executive of its construction division transferred 143,396 shares to his wife.
Gillespie transferred the shares to his wife, Laura, on Monday.
His holding in the company is 298,198 shares, or 0.4% of the company.
Galliford shares were quoted at 1,033.04 pence, down 8.96 pence, or 0.9%.
