LONDON (Alliance News) - Galliford Try PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Greg Fitzgerald exercised options over 141,032 shares under the company long term share plan and sold 66,286 shares at a price of 1240 pence per share Monday.
Fitzgerald was also awarded 30,117 shares under the annual bonus plan and sold 14,155 shares at the same price.
Following the transactions, Fitzgerald holds 681,937 shares, which represents a 0.83% stake in the firm.
The company also said Ken Gillespie, a divisional chief executive, exercised options under the long term share plan over 92,042 shares and sold 43,260 shares. He was also awarded 13,834 shares and sold 6,502 shares under the annual bonus plan at the same price Monday.
Gillespie now holds 279,312 shares.
Shares in the construction company were down 1.2% at 1,219.00 pence Tuesday.
