LONDON (Alliance News) - Gable Holdings Inc Thursday said Chief Executive William Dewsall bought 50,000 shares at a price of 44.63 pence per share.
The company also said that Finance Director Michael Hirschfield bought 20,000 shares at 43.45 pence each.
Following these transactions, Dewall holds 24.7 million shares equating to 18.40% shares in issue, while Hirschfield holds 437,650 shares.
Shares in the non-life insurance company were trading at 44.35 pence up 2.5% Thursday.
