LONDON (Alliance News) - Gable Holdings Inc Monday said Chief Executive William Dewsall bought 35,000 shares at a price of 71.375 pence per share Friday.
The company also said, Finance Director Michael Hirschfield, bought 15,000 shares at 72.4 pence each.
Following these transactions, Dewall holds 24.7 million shares equating to 18.23% shares in issue, while Hirschfield holds 397,650 shares.
Shares in the non-life insurance company were trading flat at 72.10 pence per share Monday morning.
