(Alliance News) - Funding Circle Holdings PLC said Friday that Chair Andrew Learoyd purchased nearly GBP51,000 in stock in a transaction on Thursday.
Learoyd bought 47,103 shares at an average price of 108.19 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares he now holds overall.
Shares in the small business lending platform were 14% higher at 120.20 pence on Friday.
