LONDON (Alliance News) - Proteome Sciences PLC said on Tuesday Vulpes Life Sciences Fund bought shares in the company on Friday.
Proteome Non-Executive Martin Diggle is also a director of Vulpes Investment Management.
Vulpes Life Sciences bought 525,000 shares at 3.49 pence each and 118,000 shares at 3.50p each. In total, the fund bought 643,000 shares at an average price of 3.492p.
Following this transaction, Vulpes - and Diggle - hold an 18.98% interest in Proteome, or in 56.0 million shares.
Shares in Proteome closed down 6.4% at 3.50p on Tuesday.
