LONDON (Alliance News) - Proteome Sciences said Thursday that Vulpes Life Sciences Fund purchased 1.4 million shares in the company on Tuesday at 3.50 pence each.
Vulpes now has a 19.6% holding in the company, equivalent to an interest in 57.8 million shares.
Martin Diggle, director of both Vulpes Investment Management and Proteome, now also holds a 19.6% interest in Proteome.
Shares in Proteome were down 2.5% at 3.558 pence each on Thursday.
