LONDON (Alliance News) - UK-based energy solutions company Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd Wednesday said that Stephen Gutteridge, a non-executive Director of the company, purchased 150,000 shares at a price of 7.05 pence each.
The company also said that it received notification of a transfer of 50,000 shares held in the name of Gutteridge's wife, Mary Anne, whereby she sold 50,000 shares from a nominee account at a price of 6.80 pence per share, and immediately repurchased 50,000 shares into her personal ISA at a price of 6.86 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Gutteridge now holds a total of 404,166 shares, approximately a 0.26% stake in the company.
Shares in Fulcrum closed 0.2% lower Wednesday at 6.86 pence per share.
