LONDON (Alliance News) - Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd on Monday said Non-Executive Director Stephen Gutteridge sold shares in the company on Friday and again on Monday.
Gutteridge sold 25,000 shares at 39.15 pence per share on Friday and 15,000 at 39.10p on Monday.
Also on Monday, Gutteridge transferred 60,000 shares currently held in his wife's name to another account controlled by him. This was done via a sale and purchase at 39.46p and 39.54p, Fulcrum said.
Following the transactions, Gutteridge's beneficial interest in the company totalled 329,166 shares, or a 0.2% stake in the business.
Shares in the multi-utility infrastructure and services provider were down 1.0% to 39.1p.
