LONDON (Alliance News) - Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd said Monday that three directors acquired shares in the company between Friday and Monday.
Chairman Phil Holder on Friday, acquired 50,000 shares at 52.08 pence each for GBP26,040.
Also on Friday, Claire Harrison, the wife of Chief Executive Officer Martin Harrison, bought 88,014 shares at 51.00p for GBP44,887.
Finally on Monday, Lance Sagar, partner of Chief Financial Officer Hazel Griffiths, bought 38,182 shares at 52.38p for GBP19,999.
None of the directors' total stake in the company following the deals were disclosed.
Fulcrum shares were trading down 0.3% at 51.64p.
