LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontier Developments PLC said Friday that Joy Hu, wife of Non-Executive Director James Mitchell, bought shares worth GBP185,076 between Tuesday and Thursday.
Hu acquired the first 2,000 shares at 879.60 pence on Tuesday for a total of GBP17,592.
On Wednesday, she then purchased 15,000 shares at 825.70p shares for GBP123,855.
Finally on Thursday, she bought 5,121 shares at 851.90p for GBP43,625.
Following these transactions, Hu and her husband are interested in a total of 110,044 shares, representing 0.28% of the company's total issued share capital.
Frontier Developments shares were trading up 4.8% at 878.13p.
