LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontier Developments PLC said Tuesday that Joy Hu, the wife of Non-Executive Director James Mitchell, bought shares worth GBP329,719 in the company.
Hu acquired 27,574 shares in two transactions, the first 13,000 at 1,189.4 pence and the remaining 14,574 at 1,201.4p.
Following these transactions, Mitchell and Hu are interested in a total of 47,566 shares, representing 0.123% of the company.
Shares in the videogame creator closed up 0.4% at 1,200p.
