LONDON (Alliance News) - Pennant International Group PLC said Friday four directors including its chief executive officer and chair acquired shares in the technical training firm worth a combined GBP22,000 in a series of transaction on Wednesday.
CEO Philip Walker bought 6,349 shares at 94.5 pence each, worth GBP6,000.
Chairman Simon Moore bought 5,291 shares at 94.5 pence each, worth GBP5,000.
Commercial Director David Clements bought 5,291 shares at 94.5 pence each, worth GBP5,000.
Non-Executive Director Timothy Rice bought 6,349 shares at 94.5 pence each, worth GBP6,000.
Shares in Pennant closed 3.4% lower at 91.25 pence on Friday.
