LONDON (Alliance News) - Health services company Cambian Group PLC on Monday said a slew of directors purchased shares in the company on Friday.
Chief Executive Saleem Asaria bought 130,000 shares at 151.9625 pence per share. His holding increased to 1.6 million shares, or a 0.9% stake in the company.
Chairman Christopher Kemball purchased 52,000 shares at the same price, taking his holding to 107,555 shares, or a 0.1% stake.
Independent Non-Executive Director Christopher Brinsmead bought 16,000 shares, also at the same price. He now owns 26,000 shares, or around 0.01% of the issued share capital.
And Graham Rich, another independent non-executive director, bought 6,000 shares at the same price, his only holding in the company.
Cambian shares were up 0.7% to 149.25p on Monday.
