Argentex Group PLC - London-based foreign exchange services - Former co-chief executive officer Carl Jani sells entire 10.8% stake, a sell-down completed on Tuesday, with some of the shares purchased by Argentex directors and managers. Jani had taken a leave of absence for health reason back in January. He had returned in May but then resigned in June. Co-CEO Harry Adams became sole CEO. Adams and other members of the leadership team buy 1.1 million of the shares in total at 80p each, worth GBP866,599. At that price, Jani's entire stake would have been worth just under GBP10 million.

Virgin Money UK PLC - Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England-based lender - Chief Customer Experience Officer Fergus Murphy sells 205,000 shares, directly and via Eagle Valley Investments Pension Scheme. The shares are sold for GBP2.03 on Monday and GBP2.04 on Tuesday, worth GBP417,150 in total.

abrdn PLC - Edinburgh-based asset manager formerly known as Standard Life Aberdeen - Chair Douglas Flint buys 6,839 shares at 290.80 pence and 290.50p, worth about GBP19,875, on Wednesday. Flint is the former chair of bank HSBC Holdings PLC.
