LONDON (Alliance News) - Focusrite PLC Tuesday said retiring Chief Executive Officer Dave Froker sold 150,000 shares in the company at a price of 175 pence each.
Following this, Froker holds 1.05 million shares, or an 1.8% stake in the company.
Froker will be stepping down as chief executive officer at the end of December.
Shares in Focusrite closed up 11.2% at 183.50 pence Tuesday.
