(Alliance News) - Flowtech Fluidpower PLC on Monday said Chief Financial Officer Russell Cash bought GBP20,370 worth of shares in the company.
Cash paid an average of 103.9p per share for 19,605 shares in the technical fluid power products supplier across four deals on Friday last week.
Shares in Flowtech were down 1.0% at 104.00 pence in London on Monday afternoon.
This followed the company's Thursday announcement that 2019 had been a "disappointing year" with slowdowns in key end markets. The firm is currently expecting a low single digit percentage point drop in revenue in 2020.
